I bealive That God is our creator and made us wonderfully. The body is amazingly made in and like His image. Our bodies are vessels and temples for him. What we put in our body shows up internaly and externally. Also what we choose to do with our bodies impacts defintanly what shape and condition our bodies will be in. In so i bealive Balance is key, and creating the formula needed for your body specifically, and devloping a workout routein that best fits your schedule to reach your goals that you wish to obtain. I want to motivate and train and teach you my knowldge so that you can do the same to some one as well.The usa is getting fatter and out of shape lets fight back with motivation and determination and of courase love and pateince.
